Overview
HaulHive operates on a prepaid subscription model. We want you to be satisfied with our service, and we offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- First payment only: Full refund if requested within 7 days of your initial payment
- Billing errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
- Service changes: Material changes to features that fundamentally alter your subscription
Not Eligible for Refund
- Payments beyond the first 7 days (monthly or annual)
- Partial month/year refunds for cancellations or downgrades
- Service outages or downtime (see Terms of Service Section 11.1)
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Change of mind after 7-day window
- Unused portions of prepaid subscriptions
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@haulhive.com within the eligible timeframe
- Include your company name and subscription details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- We will respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Subscription Changes
Upgrades: When upgrading, you'll be charged the new plan's full price immediately, with a prorated credit automatically applied for any unused time on your current plan. You only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.
Cancellations: You retain access until the end of your paid period. No partial refunds for unused time.
Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside these guidelines on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Contact our support team to discuss your situation.
