Implementation typically completes within a few days for backend setup and account configuration. Driver onboarding scales based on fleet size - smaller operations can be fully deployed within a week, while larger fleets may take longer for complete mobile app deployment and training.

Yes! You can upgrade or adjust your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any payments. For downgrades or changes that reduce features, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
